PRIORITY ONE MIGRATION INFORMATION

Team UCC wanted to send you a quick update on the migration progress and where we are before the holiday weekend begins. This letter is an added effort to ensure you stay informed about the upgrade process every step of the way. To that end, we have also setup the following web page:

There, you will find copies of all email notifications, important documents, and webinar information. We have also included a contact form to request information and answer any questions. New information will be posted on this web page when it becomes available and notifications will be sent via email. 

Migration Status:

All receiver lines, toll-free voice lines, video accounts, and third party services (Alarmnet & Telguard) have been transferred to UCC as of August 31, 2023. UCC operators are processing these signals and voice calls and closely monitoring the incoming traffic for accuracy and consistency.

All local voice lines, IP traffic, and incoming faxes (for Data Entry) are still being processed and answered at Priority1/AccuCom.

UCC and Priority1/AccuCom are working together and communicating with each other to make sure all of your accounts are handled with the excellent customer service for which you’ve grown accustomed.

We will resume the migration process next week. The goal for project completion is to have all of the remaining local voice lines, IP traffic, and faxes moved over to UCC by the end of next week, September 8th. Until then, we appreciate your patience with staff regarding phone calls for false alarms, placing accounts on test, and processing signals.
