PRIORITY ONE MIGRATION INFORMATION

We hope you have received our previous communications regarding the exciting news that United Central Control (UCC) has acquired the wholesale monitoring of Accu-com Video monitoring services and Priority One alarm monitoring services.

Since the acquisition on July 12, 2023, we have sent email notices and made phone calls to each Accu-Com and Priority One dealer to share the good news and welcome you all to UCC.  This letter is an added effort to ensure you stay informed about the upgrade process every step of the way.  To that end, we have also setup the following web page:

There, you will find a copy of the email notification and press release announcing the acquisition.  We have also included a contact form to request information and answer any questions.  New information will be posted on this web page when it becomes available and notifications will be sent via email.

Please note that UCC has a video service branded as “AlarmWatch Video Services” for all our video monitoring services.

An upgrade and migration of all video monitoring accounts will begin next week. This process requires that all video accounts in Accu-com Immix system be reprogrammed to the UCC AlarmWatch Video Services Immix system.  Jay Moore, at Accu-com will be working with our team on a daily basis to reprogram all Mobotix accounts through the portal access to the new UCC IP addresses. This process will continue until all accounts have been reprogrammed successfully.  We have already tested a few accounts with great results.

Please note that all new accounts should be onboarded directly with UCC’s AlarmWatch Video dealer support team. You can email dealersupport@teamucc.com or call 855.756.5558 to find out more.

Below are the outbound IP addresses for white listing any customers that require white listing:

As part of this process, a new phone number 855-770-3181 is being issued for your video customers to call in order to reach our dedicated AlarmWatch Video Services dispatcher group here at the UCC monitoring center. This is also the number that your video customers can expect to receive when we are calling them about video alarms.

If you are not a Mobotix dealer, and use a different video solution, we will be reaching out to you separately to coordinate the transition of the video accounts and reprogram to UCC AlarmWatch Video Services Immix system.
