PRIORITY ONE MIGRATION INFORMATION

We hope you have heard the exciting news that United Central Control (UCC) has acquired the wholesale monitoring of Priority One Alarm Monitoring and Accu-com Video that an upgrade of your monitoring will occur in the coming months. Since the acquisition on July 12, 2023, we have sent email notices and made phone calls to each Priority One and Accu-com video dealer.  This letter is a further effort to ensure you stay informed about the upgrade process every step of the way.  To that end, we have also setup the following web page:

There, you will find a copy of the email notifications announcing the acquisition.  We have also included a contact form to request information, or you can email dealersupport@teamucc.com with any questions.  New information will be posted on this page as it becomes available, and notifications will be sent by email.

United Central Control (UCC), Priority One and Accu-com Video are working together to migrate your data and subscriber monitoring from their Micro-key and Immix Video systems to UCC’s state of the art monitoring platform “stages” and Immix Video.  We are meticulously processing your data for migration accuracy.  The data verification process is already under way, going well, and we anticipate that this process and your accounts will be monitored from the UCC platform within the next 2-6 weeks.

Along with the upgrade of your monitoring to UCC’s network of UL listed sites, you will also have unlimited access to stages web platform for management of your accounts and reporting. Stages web is intuitive, easy to use, and powerful. We have pre-scheduled webinars for you and your staff to give you an overview of all it has to offer.  The schedule of these webinars is posted on the dedicated migration page listed above. They are scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the months of August and September. Please register to attend one as soon as possible.

Updates since our July 24th email are below:

RECENT UPDATES

UCC has issued brand new dealer ID (or Dealer Number) for both our billing and stages systems. The dealer number will be provided to you after you attend a Stages Web training webinar, or you can request your new dealer number by emailing dealersupport@teamucc.com.

  1. Stages training webinars will be scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the months of August and September.
    • The webinars will be held from 10am to 10:30am.
    • Links to register to attend the webinars will be posted on the migration page; teamucc.com/priorityone.
    • All employees who need access to Stages Web MUST ATTEND a training webinar before we create your login.
  2. After you attend a Stages Web training webinar, you will receive access to UCC’s Stages Web Portal.
    • We will email your information to set up your user access.
    • Recorded overviews of Stages web will be available and links placed on the migration page.
    • Individual training can be scheduled by emailing dealersupport@teamucc.com.
    • Subscriber Access is also available. More information to follow.
  3. To avoid conflicts with pre-existing Receiver prefixes already in use at UCC, ALL receiver prefixes will be changing. With the exception of Immix Video accounts, ONLY the receiver prefix is changing, NOT the last 4+ account digits.  Therefore, (with the exception of Immix Video accounts) you will not have to reprogram accounts as a result of changing receiver numbers.
    • Rest assured, this will not affect the receiver phone numbers or IP addresses (with the exception of Immix Video accounts) you use today (if there is an exception, we will contact you).
    • We will provide a list of affected accounts that will include the old prefix/account, the new prefix/account, and the subscriber name.
  4. Your rates will remain the same, but the cycles and look and feel of the invoices will change.
    • New invoices will be processed within 30-60 days of the migration.
    • A sample of the new invoice format will be emailed to you and/or posted on the migration page.
    • More information will be provided on the cycle changes
