Migration Status:
UCC and Clear Partners are working together and communicating with each other to make sure all of your accounts are handled with the excellent customer service for which you’ve grown accustomed.
All receiver lines, voice lines, video accounts, and third party services have been transferred to UCC as of 6pm June 17, 2025, with the exception of the following services which will transfer at a later date, however they are continuing to be monitored out of Manitou by UCC dispatchers.
- Videofied accounts – will continue to be monitored on Bold Manitou up to 6/23/25
- Bold Media Gateway Email to Alarms – will continue to be monitored on Bold Manitou
UCC operators are now processing signals and voice calls and closely monitoring incoming traffic for accuracy and consistency.
We are still updating account information so your access to our stages web dealer portal will remain View only for a couple more days. Please send any updates needed to our data entry team at dataentry@teamucc.com.
