Greetings Dealers!

The migration process to move your accounts over to UCC was started this morning. All receiver lines, voice lines, and Alarmnet accounts have been migrated over to UCC with the exception of receiver lines 41, 63, 66 and all IP receivers.

Tomorrow we will continue to move the rest of the receiver lines over to UCC. In the meantime, If you have accounts on receiver lines 41, 63, 66 or any IP accounts, they are currently being monitored at Security Alarm Monitoring and will continue to be monitored there until the migration to UCC is complete.

Please rest assured that your subscribers will be handled with quality and professional care, by both UCC’s and SAM’s experienced dispatch teams.
